Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We currently ship within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through the online store. If you're located outside of the U.S. and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us directly to explore your options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of lithium batteries and powered equipment, some shipping carriers or states may have restrictions. We will notify you if any issues arise related to your specific shipping address.
Damages or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
